The rubber calender is mainly composed of a roller, a wheel bearing, a roller distance adjustment device, a frame, a mixing temperature adjustment device, a lubrication system, a shaft cross, a preload, a transmission system and a control system.

1. Stick

The mixing cylinder is the main component of the calendering machine, and it is also a key component that determines the quality and output of calendered products. The spoke tube is the part that directly completes the calendered product, and it directly affects the precision, quality and productivity of the calendered product. The working surface of the kun tube has high wear resistance and good finish; the drum body has sufficient strength and rigidity, and good thermal conductivity.

1. Wheel material

The material of calender barrel is generally made of alloy chilled cast iron wheel barrel with high surface hardness and rare metal alloy chromium, molybdenum or nickel added. Since the requirements of the calendering process are stricter than those of the rubber mixing process, there are also special requirements for the spoke tubes as follows:

(⑴). The surface of the stick should be finished by grinding;

⑵. The wall thickness of the working part of the radial tube should be uniform to avoid uneven heat transfer;

(3). The spoke tube has sufficient rigidity and dimensional accuracy, and the deformation should be small;

There are two structural forms of calender drums, namely, hollow spoke drums and drilled drums. Due to the special characteristics of drilled drums, high-precision calenders use drilled drums.

The heating and cooling forms of the drilled kun can be divided into two types: single drilling and group drilling. Among them, the group drilling method speeds up the flow speed of steam and cooling water, and the heat transfer effect is good.

The characteristics of the drilling cylinder are:

(1). The heat transfer area of the drilling mixing cylinder is large;

2. The wall thickness of the working part of the mixing cylinder is uniform, so the heat transfer is uniform; 3. The cross-sectional area of the radial cylinder is large, and its rigidity has been greatly improved;

The heat conduction of the drum is stable, the surface temperature is uniform, the temperature response is fast, and it is easy to realize the automatic control of the temperature.

 

The horizontal feeding method adopts advanced imported screw + guide rail, which has the most basic guarantee for cutting accuracy

The important parts are made of cast iron, annealed at high temperature, never deformed, and the cutter runs stably

The cutter speed is adjustable, and the cutting speed can be adjusted according to the thickness and viscosity of the material √The system operation can control the feeding or cutter separately

The equipment has counting function and emergency stop function, and the cutter has a safety protection cover

The equipment is centralized oil supply to ensure the normal lubrication of the equipment
